For Flaverly, I designed a consumer cooking experience centered around helping people decide what to cook, how to use what they already have, and how to prepare meals more efficiently. My role covered the product experience from concept and information architecture through interaction design and visual UI.

  1. Product Concept — Shaped the core experience around AI-assisted meal discovery, ingredient-based recommendations, meal planning, and personalized cooking.

  2. UX Strategy — Structured the experience to reduce the friction of deciding what to cook and turn everyday ingredients into useful meal suggestions.

  3. AI Experience Design — Designed how users interact with AI recommendations, including ingredient scanning, personalized recipes, and contextual suggestions.

  4. End-to-End UX — Designed flows across onboarding, ingredient discovery, recipe recommendations, meal planning, cooking, and progress tracking.

  5. Information Architecture — Organized recipes, ingredients, meal plans, preferences, nutritional information, and recommendations into a simple consumer experience.

  6. UI & Visual Design — Created the visual language, components, typography, illustrations, cards, and interaction patterns that give the product a friendly and approachable personality.

Meal planning often becomes a daily decision-making problem. Users may know what ingredients they have, how much they want to spend, or how many calories they want to consume—but connecting all of these factors into practical meals takes time and effort.
