What was the problem?

We experienced low sign up rates for the product

We had voice based biometrics with good metric numbers but were experiencing low sign up rates & wanted to solve that problem by providing people a platform to test & use the product before making a decision.

Knowing the why

Talking to our customers and doing brainstorming sessions, it revealed that our users either didn't what the product does or didn't understand how can it be beneficial for them.
